Working as an extension of recruitment, outreach and marketing teams (as necessary) to:

• develop strategic and tactical plans for engagement with student target markets
• enhance existing plans and contribute to delivery of activities
• implement existing tactical plans

Working with academic and support teams in universities to deliver an exceptional front of house service for all its stakeholders organising and hosting bespoke events for a variety of target audiences including community groups, all key factors in building a department’s reputation and success in achieving targets. Establishing and working with new feeder schools and colleges for universities to raise their profile, applications and enrolments, by delivering activities and workshops.

Working with schools and colleges to give impartial post-16 careers advice and guidance about applying to university, the UCAS application process, creating a winning personal statement, student budgeting and student life, as well as delivering parent evenings to offer advice and assistance on all aspects of higher education and how they can assist in the process.

Working with year 9-11 students to encourage them to consider their post-16 options and understand the various avenues available to them to climb the career ladder.

Working with local government and voluntary groups to inform, assist and encourage adult returners back into the education sector so they can fulfil their potential.

Developing stronger feeder links, organising relevant support workshops and seminars while developing cross-departmental links (internal and external) for future growth and success.
